Job Requirements

We are seeking English instructors for our upcoming English Camp. Candidates will be considered based on the following requirements:

• Must be a native English speaker.
• Current residency in Japan is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher is necessary.
• A minimum of one year teaching experience in Japan.
• Valid work authorization in Japan.
• Availability for the entire duration of the English Camp().
• Experience teaching English at junior and/or senior high schools is preferred.
• Ability to create and develop a lesson plan for your class, based on assigned topics.
• Attendance at a mandatory meeting on February 17th, 2024, in Sannomiya, Kobe.

  About the Role:

  Event Details:

  • Location: Kobe area, targeting junior high school students.
  • Class Size: Each class will consist of 8-12 students.
  • Group Count: A total of 14-20 groups.
  • Schedule: A total of five 50-minute classes per day.

   

  Dates & Times:

  • Camp #1 - March 13th (Wednesday) & 14th (Thursday).
  • Camp #2 - March 18th (Monday) & 19th (Tuesday).
  • 09:00 - 16:00 on each day.

  Compensation:

  • Total payment: 40,000 yen for each 2-day camp and a meeting/training session.
  • Transportation costs will be covered in addition to the camp payment. (Kansai region only)

  • Kobe, Japan

   

  Application/Interview Process:

  • Applicants must submit a resume and answer all provided questions in full.
  • Responses will be sent in the order they are received.
  • Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
